  • If you are making a brand new reservation, you can do it all online by clicking here - there's no need to call Reservations
  • Are you picking up or dropping off a mate at the airport? Click here to get the most up to date flight information
  • Once your airline ticket has been issued, you can update your seat selection, choose a special meal and refresh your frequent flyer details all online
  • If you're a Flying Club member who wishes to check your mileage balance, you can login here and manage your account online
  • Did you know that you do not need to reconfirm your flights on Virgin Atlantic?
  • Time-saving tip - you can breeze past the queues at the airport by using our DIY Check In features:
  1. DIY Online Check In from the comfort of your home or office computer, between 24 to two hours prior to departure

  2. DIY Kiosk Check In at one our six kiosks in London Heathrow Airport, situated by the check in desks at Terminal 3. Simply enter your identification and booking details, print out your boarding pass and drop off your luggage at the Bag Drop at least 60 minutes prior to departure time.
