We made the booking online (directly with the hotel) and pay the full accommodation. According to their 1st version, the payment was only a deposit. Then they argued that the rates went up because of the high occupancy and they "add" an additional R6000.00 to our bill.
My advice to travelers, make 100% how payments are allocated and get prior confirmation (even if it sounds silly) what is included. Get itemized receipts and statements.

The property is a little tired in places but didn't deter us from the enjoyment at the hotel. The breakfast choice was extensive and the staff very friendly.
