This hotel has amazing views! The staff is friendly and very helpful. The food at the hotel from Morton’s to room service is excellent. If you are here in the winter be prepared to be HOT! All the rooms are set to the same temperature and can’t be adjusted. Te maintenance staff was very helpful in trying to help. They brought us a fan and opened a vent in the window. We turned the heat unit off but it was still HOT!! It was cooler in the hallways and lobby and I contemplated sleeping there lol. The hotel needs a few updates as well but if you don’t mind being hot in the winter an want amazing views, you will be set. Read less

I would love to give this hotel five stars as the staff were great and the accommodations were truly lovely. Unfortunately, I could not control the water temperature and it was often times burning hot. The list of issues seemed endless. The curtains in our room were torn, the sheets were stained, lighting was practically non-existent, the indoor pool was cold and towels were hard and old. Even the restaurant situation was absurd—in the morning, they covered the sign with a piece of cardboard, only to reveal a new name at night, as if rebranding could somehow improve the same bland, uninspired food. The so-called complimentary "elite" breakfast was meager and tasteless, and to top it off, the waiter still placed a $0.00 bill on the table, expecting a 20% tip. Completely ridiculous and over the top. The only redeeming factor of this stay was the view, but a nice view doesn't make up for the overall terrible experience. This hotel is way too overrated and should not be operating until they fix their many, many problems. Read less

Girls night for our Christmas present to each other. Had a lodging package that included Burning Springs Spa and Thermal Pools. We booked our three hour sessionat the front desk for the Burning Springs. When we showed up to the spa we were charged full price for our 3 hour session even though it was included our package. I have emailed directly to the spa, called the hotel, and spoken to numerous people at the Burning Spas. This is now easily over a month after the service and I have yet to receive a refund. I call and constantly have to talk to someone different and no one in management has taken charge at all. In my last call on Feb 3rd I spoke to Keri, I was told that a refund was issued. I called my credit card company to confirm, and there is no such refund. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE...............Today (Feb 6) I called and spoke to Patricia. She was too busy and could not deal with my issue and said she would call back. Time will tell. I will be back here to update my situation as soon as someone resolves this or I end up at the desk in Niagara Falls, Ontario demanding a refund on the spot. If that happens there will be a disruption for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Great hotel, great view, parking is rough

Great hotel; rooms were nice, lobby had great windows with a good view, great view from the room. Little pricey for my taste, but that makes sense that there is a Morton's inside of it. Lobby bar was nice and friendly. Not the most conveniently located. It is a short walk to the casino and food places such as Applebee's, Friday's Turtle Jack's,… Read more

Lobby bar was nice and friendly. Not the most conveniently located. It is a short walk to the casino and food places such as Applebee's, Friday's Turtle Jack's, and Vinny's, but too far to walk to Clifton Hill in the cold. Parking is expensive for valet, or else you have to park two blocks away....a bit much Read less
