Don’t use hotel parking. Rate is $39/night. Parking immediately next door is significantly cheaper. Hotel location is great. Room rate is reasonable.

I recently stayed here, and its unbeatable location and comfort made it a standout choice for my trip. The highlight? It’s just a 2-minute walk to Le Génie Bakery & Espresso at 382 Yonge Street in the IKEA building. I popped over for their incredible Pain au Chocolat and a pour-over with Tim Wendelboe coffee beans—pure heaven to start my day. Being so close to this gem was a game-changer for a pastry and coffee lover like me. Plus, the IKEA right there was a shopper’s dream—I grabbed some home goodies without breaking a sweat. Read less

The check-in process was not positive initially. I made the mistake of trying to check-in with the wrong person. Instead of being rude and pointing at me to go to someone else, it would have been nicer to apologize and tell me where to check in. We were given a room which appeared to be recently updated. The check-in process was not positive initially. I made the mistake of trying to check-in with the wrong person. Instead of being rude and pointing at me to go to someone else, it would have been nicer to apologize and tell me where to check in. We were given a room which appeared to be recently updated. The room was clean and spacious. Bed linens were of a good quality and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the pillows were abysmal. They were lumpy and very uncomfortable for sleeping purposes. Hotel is conveniently located. I recommend not using the hotel parking, as they charge $39/night. We parked in the underground parking garage located directly beside the hotel. We paid $22 and it covered us from Saturday afternoon to Monday morning. Be careful to check receipts if using the lounge. Our server overcharged us considerably. The error was brought to her attention and was corrected. Read less
