Hilton Toronto

The hotel

Hilton Toronto is seriously well-connected — it’s attached to the city’s popular PATH walkway, an underground labyrinth linking you to top downtown sights and forming the world’s largest subterranean shopping venue. If PATH’s 1,200-plus stores don’t satisfy your retail urges, you’re also an above-ground walk from hundreds of shops at Eaton Centre, along with that Toronto tourist must, CN Tower. They haven’t rested on their ‘location’ laurels here though: Hilton have made sure there’s plenty to return to after exploring, with a fitness room, indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, and spacious modern guestrooms (some with complimentary Continental breakfast thrown in). If you’re just returning for dinner, you’ve got the steakhouse’s prime Midwestern beef and Tundra Restaurant’s Canadian styling and global dining to pick from — each chased with a cheeky post-dinner coffee from the hotel’s own branch of Starbucks®.

very clean and updated hotel, with over-all great service from both the front desk, maids and servers! Room was very clean and quite and in working order. I'd return again, I have nothing to report that could use improvements. Love the food @ Frenchy!

Hilton toronto has the best pool view and it is also heated. The pillows in the room are very comfortable, it is definitely one of the best that I tried so far! The front desk are very accommodating, our flight landed a little early and they allow us to check in early too. The hotel is well maintained.

I am staying here right now and I wish I could stay longer. The staff is super friendly. The hotel is very neat and clean. Shower is fantastic! The location is perfect for access to all things downtown. Will definitely stay again, whether its for future business or if/when I bring the family back.

Rooms are solid . The breakfast was rough. Service slow and food at the buffet tasteless and cold. It was very busy buuuuuut . Recommend putting the ketchup out at service so you don’t need to serve it and we don’t need to wait twenty minutes for it - same as coffee. The Hilton garden inn is a better experience all around and is close by and also… Read more

Great location and service and they are good at recognizing my member status. This is my first choice when staying downtown Toronto. The hotel was renovated recently and the lobby, restaurant and bar are nice but not all of the guest rooms were renovated. You should be able to tell which room types are renovated by the photos on the official website. The rooms that are not renovated are in desperate need of work. Bathrooms in particular in the last two rooms I stayed in had panels falling off of the bathroom sink. Still a great place to stay in downtown Toronto. Read less
