We went for a dance competition the hotel was very busy,
We had a great room with a view of the skating rink and it was the tree lighting that weekend we had full view.
The little restaurant in the hotel run out of thing very fast. And if you ordered it took forever.
There are restaurants all around in walking distance.

Disappointing cancellation experience

I just want to say that I'm a bonvoy member and I had to cancel my reservation because of my mom's health emergency within the limits of course and when I called the agent he told me I will get a refund within 10-14 days. They never refunded me despite saying that I can get a refund before midnight December 2nd. I called today to see what's…

I just want to say that I'm a bonvoy member and I had to cancel my reservation because of my mom's health emergency within the limits of course and when I called the agent he told me I will get a refund within 10-14 days. They never refunded me despite saying that I can get a refund before midnight December 2nd. I called today to see what's happening and they told me I'm not entitled for a refund. So the first agent told me that I will get a refund and then today another agent told me that I won't get one. What's going on here Marriott? I'm really upset and I can't believe how they treat bonvoy members. If they don't fix this we will never stay in another Marriott hotel nor I will book my company's staff in any Marriott hotel. If they didn't want to refund me they could just give me a credit to use in a future stay. Very disappointed for their service.

Incredible staff. Super kind and helpful, especially the man who checked us in on December 29th, 2024. SO NICE, so kind, so reasonable and helpful off the bat. However, don't waste your money on the room service, MAJOR disappointment. The cost is too high, but the quality was below average with very small portions. Go out to Tims for breakfast..

Mr Emir from the engineering department was incredibly kind and helpful during my stay at the hotel. He promptly fixed an issue with the AC in my room and ensured everything was working perfectly. His professionalism and friendly attitude made a lasting impression. Truly a great asset to the hotel!

Great location. Nice views. All the amenities you need. We had a great time here. The pool in winter is half inside, half outside which my son loved. Hotel also provides easy access to the path underground for warmer walking, shopping, and coffee. Was a great base of operations for sightseeing and dining. Highly recommend.
