Love this hotel! The pool and hot tub are perfect even outdoors in January. They always decorate it for the season and the staff is great. Also the location is fantastic. The main reason for the low review is their really poor globalist experience. This hotel looks to do the bare minimum to just pass the brand requirement. It’s one of the worst I’ve experienced. We always enjoy our stay at the Hyatt Vancouver. It is convenient for our skiing trips (the EpicRides bus picks up and drops off right outside the hotel), is close to the train station from the airport, and is a great location from which to explore the beautiful city of Vancouver!
