Very Disappointing Stay

6 nights at the Crystal Lodge

Overall, great location and the staff are very good. The hottub needs to be updated - the jets are really weak. The Sauna is located on the second floor and should be relocated close to the pool and hot tub. Our room was small and the pillows are too big and bulky. With that said, I would not hesitate recommending the Crystal Lodge.
The perfect stay :)

We had a 4 night stay here and we cannot say enough good things about this place! The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are modern but cozy, very spacious, LOTS of storage to keep your belongings. I find it’s very common for hotels to have limited storage space to keep your things and I really appreciated that we were able to put away 3 suitcase full of items in their closet and storage space.Several areas to hand your coats too (I alone had 3) Bathroom also has tons of storage space. We had a big window to look at the mountain side and watch the snow come down. The staff were SO friendly and accommodating. Great location too! So close to many good restaurants and pubs. Prices were very reasonable. We’d definitely return when we come back to Whistler. For reference we stayed in the Deluxe studio King room.
