We came for US Thanksgiving weekend. Truly enjoyed our stay. Our room was huge! We got upgraded due to Titanium Elite status so appreciated the space. Allowed us to cook and layout all our ski gear.

Great location in the village. Wonderful kind staff. Was able to bring our dog who enjoyed the stay too. He loved the treats from the kind lady in the lobby.
Shuttle service was nice to get to ski lift. I stayed at the Westin before but I think I’ll book here again next time.

My family and I are staying at the Delta Hotels Whistler Village Suites one full week and are deeply disappointed with the experience. Having chosen this property based on the high standards I associate with Marriott, I expected a relaxing and enjoyable stay, but unfortunately, that was not the case.
The room I was assigned was small, cramped, and poorly located on a lower floor, facing the hotel entrance and shuttle line. The furniture was modern and the room was clean, but we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy, resulting in a dark and depressing atmosphere. Additionally, the noise levels at various times were disruptive and added to the discomfort.
Attempts to resolve these issues with the front desk were met with unhelpful, stressed, and unfriendly responses. The staff provided incorrect information and failed to disclose available room options. It was only through housekeeping that I discovered alternative rooms were available. This lack of transparency and unwillingness to address concerns immediately is highly disappointing and does not reflect the service expected from a Marriott property.
The property is very tight - the lobby area is very small. There is no formal coffee shop (just a cart). The elevator wait time is challenging, especially in the mornings. The hotel turned a conference room and hallway into activity room for the kids. All feel like patch work instead of a well-functioning, established facility.
Location is not the most convenient. It requires a ~10 min walk (or a shuttle ride) to the base where the gondolas/lifts are. Considering the temperatures and the amount of ski gear one may be handling (especially with children), the lack of convenience is definitely felt.
Overall, this stay fell far below the quality expected based on $ks we spent. There are SO MANY hotel options in Whistler - I regret selecting this hotel and would not recommend it to others. The lack of proactive service and transparency with truth significantly impacted what should have been an enjoyable trip.

Value for Money

Well furnished room. Spacious and all amenities provided. Smooth check in and informative staff at reception. Location is great and accommodation provides good value for money. No onsite food and beverage facility is the only negative.
Perfect Hotel for Whistler Adventures.

Great hotel in the heart of Whistler Village. Neat clean and modern. I had a suite at this hotel and it was perfect for my needs. Full kitchen, living room and bedroom with attached bathroom. Grocery store is not too far away (walk) and has everything you lol need to stock your kitchen.

The hotel is nice. Well situated and clean. Sadly I didn’t get much sleep. It just so loud outside. I guess it’s something to do with how the area is constructed but the noise from people walking past was constant and went on into the early hours. I’m exhausted!
