We are returning visitors to this lovely beachfront Hotel in The GAP. We requested the pool and ocean view room that we had last year and we were granted our request! The room is lovely - has a very large patio balcony area with a fridge and kettle. The room is air conditioned and cleaned well every day. It has had a new shower since Jan 2024 which was needed. The bar and restaurant is right on the beach - service is very 'laid back' to the point of being poor at times but we cant work out if we think its charming or in need of proper intervention now! We have waited on occasion for over 30 minutes to just get a drink! Lots of staff wandering around with pink and white chitties and not much action. Having said that , we would return as the beach is amazing and you just pull a couple of sunbeds under your own palm tree for the day and that to us is everything. Great location for bars and restaurants, cafes and breakfast places. The managers cocktail party every week is a great idea and we love that the staff remembered us from last year! We will be back. Thankyou. Read less

This resort is a huge complex with two pools, beach frontage, another grassed relaxation area together with mini golf, table tennis, lounge area and huge restaurant/dining area. They provide food and drink service up and down the beach and relaxation areas. All areas are exceptionally clean, including the rooms and all very well maintained. This is all down to the management and the excellent staff from housekeeping to waitresses, bar staff, porters, security, etc, etc. Nothing is a problem to them all and through my observations, they alk put in 110% effort. Together with their down to earth friendliness and the stunning location of this resort, I could not recommend more highly. Read less

We went to SP for lunch as we’d seen the seen the glossy pictures and write up in the local magazines. On arrival we were barely acknowledged then were offered the worst table tucked away facing the wall. We said we’d like to look out and didn’t mind waiting for one of the many empty but dirty tables to be cleaned and that we would have a drink… Read more

On arrival we were barely acknowledged then were offered the worst table tucked away facing the wall. We said we’d like to look out and didn’t mind waiting for one of the many empty but dirty tables to be cleaned and that we would have a drink at the bar. 20 minutes later and after 3 requests later for our drinks and watching many others being served before us we left. Avoid this place as the staff are rude and dismissive and go to the lovely Pure Oceans a few minutes walk away Read less

Fabulous hotel right on a beautiful beach. Relaxed style of hotel which is just what we wanted. I e mailed ahead to ask for a low floor room near to everything due to my husband’s mobility problems. We were given room 102 which was perfect for us. Close to small pool, beach, bar and restaurant. Leaving through the car park took us directly to a few bars behind hotel. When we checked in I paid for a meal plan with 7 breakfasts and 3 dinners at the hotel. Food was very good although service was very slow. If we came again I probably wouldn’t bother with the meal plan as more cost effective to just pay for meals as and when we wanted them. Drinks were very good, nice cocktails. 3 cold beers in ice bucket for $15 Barbados dollars. Drinks service is extremely slow at times, and if you go to bar yourself you are usually ignored. If they could improve the drinks service that would be a big plus. The rooms are very spacious, 2 double beds and lots of storage. Rooms are kept spotless clean although they are a bit dated but wouldn’t put me off coming again. Entertainment on a few nights and was good especially the steel band on Sunday afternoon who were brilliant. All in all a fabulous stay and can’t wait to come again. The room Read less
