593 suites, dressed with avant-garde style furniture and Total-Rest Beds®. All with air-conditioning, smart TV, stocked mini-bar with water, sodas, beer and juice (refilled daily) digital alarm clock and USB ports, safe, 1 king-size bed, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults. Every suite has a large bath, double sinks, a rain style shower and bathrobes.

We loved Los Abrazos steakhouse. Edgar is the best and most fun waiter and our hostess,Brisa, made reservations for us! Best place to eat at the resort. Delicious filet, wonderful salad bar, really good dessert. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!!! 😊

We are a group of 10 friends who annually vacation in Mexico, and this was our first experience with Atelier. We all booked the 2 story roof top room with butler service, a round of golf, access to a private bar, pool and a dinner at their Michelin Star restaurant. Overall, this is a fabulous hotel, and we will definitely come back, but some inconsistent food quality prevents me from giving it a perfect 5. On our arrival we ate at Limon Y Sal and the food arrived quickly, but my fish and fries were cold and soggy. The “special romantic beachside dinner” for Atelier members was moved to the conference centre due to the wind. Although it was billed as special, I was a disappointed that it was a buffet with buffet quality food paired with extremely loud live music. Our dinner at Kopai was very slow (aver an hour before the first food arrived), and while my meal was good, at least 3 at our table had food that was so salty it could not be eaten. We also had 4 dishes that were extremely salty at Clento. I had the clam linguine which was not only very salty, but only 2 clams were open (safe to eat). My T-Bone steak at Los Abrazos was tasty, but weirdly soft like it had been soaked in tenderizer and gristly. My wife’s strip loin was disappointingly over cooked. At all times, we brought the food issues to the attention of staff who were extremely apologetic and willing to prepare new meals if desired, so no complaints about the service. It’s important to note that we also had some great food. Not surprisingly, our meal at Maria Dolores was the very best of our stay. The beef Wellington was butter tender and beautiful, complimented with incredible service. Other delicious items worth noting are the pizza, the Norwegian sandwich, beef bites, sushi, burger and fried (room service), buffet breakfasts at Mercado 19, fresh fruit and popsicles served pool side, anything with shrimps, and the in room booze and snacks. We also loved the elegant wine and cheese tastings. While we were consistently asked to consider wine upgrades at dinner, it was never pushed on us, and we found the house wine choices acceptable with good red and white options. The bars all offer premium products, including a good selection of bourbons and scotch. Our room was definitely 5 stars. Clean, modern and extremely spacious with 2 large TV’s. The roof top had a heated plunge pool, massive cabana, extra bathroom, and amazing views (we looked over the 16 hole of the beautiful golf course). The room was always impeccably cleaned before lunch and included evening turndown service. Also Included with our room was butler service. We’ve had butler service at other hotels and can definitely say that Victor and Aline are the very best we’ve experienced. We had the most interaction with Victor as he was there during the day. Always professional, quiet, respectful, always nearby, but never a nuisance, Victor regularly checked on us in person or by WhatsApp to make sure we had a great experience. Aline worked with us in the evenings, and was delightful, cheerful, and greeted us at the restaurants to help make sure our dinner reservations were correct. She also helped us when Victor had a day off. My wife was pleasantly surprised when one day she arrived at the room to a surprise bubble bath, surrounded by rose petals. We spent 7 magical days at Atelier and it was all amazing. This is our second time at the resort as members. We love the ambiance, the food, and the drinks! Everything is top notch and our butlers Armando and Jorge made sure we were well taken care of. Also, bartender Rudy makes the best drinks. I can't wait to go back.

The service was amazing!! Huge shoutout to Miguel at the relaxing pool! He never let us finish a drink before he had another waiting for us. He was so accommodating and brought our group of 10 food without us asking. He wanted to make sure weren’t drinking on an empty stomach. He truly made our experience the best!! WE LOVE YOU MIGUEL!
