593 suites, dressed with avant-garde style furniture and Total-Rest Beds®. All with air-conditioning, smart TV, stocked mini-bar with water, sodas, beer and juice (refilled daily) digital alarm clock and USB ports, safe, 1 king-size bed, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults. Every suite has a large bath, double sinks, a rain style shower and bathrobes.

Great trip! Service was world class! Our room butlers, Emmanuel & Kepler made us feel like we were the only people they were attending to. Accommodations were excellent. Food at every location was better than expectations. Highly recommend!

This resort is beautiful and the service is outstanding. Virtually everyone there provided a top notch experience, from check in to check out. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Excellent housekeeping twice a day, free beverages (water, soda, wine, beer) and snacks. Lots of restaurants with a good selection of cuisines. Although manage your expectations- the Italian and Mediterranean choices are great, but not like typical American dishes. The food is delicious but they do authentic Mexican dishes best. Most serving sizes are small which is great so you sample different dishes. The beach is clean and beautiful, which we preferred over the loud pool area. The only cons are that you can’t make dinner reservations until you get there and many get booked quickly. Also you better get up early to get a chair at the beach or pool because they are mostly gone by 8am. I would definitely visit again. Read less

Our butlers Victor and Aline were extremely pleasant and they really made our stay truly memorable. They kept us well informed of what was going on and made sure we were as comfortable as possible. The drink selection in our suite was great and plenty for both of us. Only critique I have is that the resort can have overall more vegetarian options (for our vegetarians/vegans)! Otherwise, I truly recommend this beautiful place to anyone (especially if they have a big celebration). Read less

This was our 5th time in Mexico, but first visit to Atelier. We selected it because our agent told us they had nice beaches and the food was excellent. The resort is smaller that other AIs we’ve been to. It it was beautiful, clean and had plenty of restaurants to select for dinner. Even though it is smaller, the odd layout can make getting around a little confusing at first. The layout is nice in that all corridors are covered so you didn’t have to walk out in the rain. The service by far was the highlight of this resort. Whether dinner service, bartenders or the pool staff, everyone was phenomenal. Alberto by the pool deserves to be mentioned specifically. If you had a regular drink order, he would bring you a drink without asking. He would also make sure to remind us to get our lunch order in quickly so we didn’t have to wait. The food was good across the board and some of the restaurants were outstanding. The Italian restaurants were both excellent. I am vegetarians and there were plenty of options for me to choose from. The only major issue at this resort was the noise in the corridors at night. As they were long covered hallways, 4 stories tall, the noise would radiate and we were woken up all night. This was a deal breaker in me returning as it’s hard to feel relaxed when you can’t sleep through the night. My recommendation would be to ask for a room at the far end of the hall. Additionally, there was some type of convention going on and the group was rather disrespectful, with megaphones on the beach doing group activities at 6am. Apparently the resort tolerated despite the disruption to other guests. Overall, we had a nice trip but the issues we had did impact our overall experience to the point I would not return. Read less
