All of the staff were helpful, friendly, and genuinely happy to be there. Of the staff we asked, each of them had worked there for 10 or more years, that tells me that this company treats their staff well, which is important to us. We had read that the restaurants weren't very good, we respectfully disagree. The morning buffet had lots of choices, and I always found MORE than enough foods that were delicious, and at the correct temperatures, than I should have eaten. ;-) There were PLENTY of pool towels, pool chairs, however, where filled, unless you got there to reserve one with your towel and a book or sunscreen. But I just went for a walk around 7:30 every morning, claimed our 2 chairs, and then went back to the room until we got breakfast, around 9, and then went to the pool. The Entertainment Team was very fun and the pool area was a hopping place! The evening shows were also fantastic and a lot of fun!! This is a GREAT place to stay. We hope to be back!

The food was the worst I've ever had at an all-inclusive. The restaurants and bars were terribly understaffed and the food was flavorless, not at anything resembling the proper temperature and was just shockingly terrible. The location is beautiful, but you'd be best suited to just avoid this property.

Very close to the beach with sun loungers and shaded areas. Occasionally it was hard to find a vacant sun lounger without a towel spread across it, but we somehow managed to find somewhere to sit and enjoy the day. Every resort we've visited, seems to have this problem, I really don't know what can be done to improve this problem.
Our room was plenty big enough with a huge, very comfortable bed and a piping hot shower if you needed one. The room was cleaned every day.
Over all a very pleasant holiday at Dreams Sapphire resort and spa.
