Fantastic hotel from arrival to departure, everything was perfect. Super friendly staff, everyone spoke to us. Room had stunning views over the rainforest to the Caribbean. Food was excellent with a great range of choices. Loads of trips and activities were available when not relaxing on the beach and swimming in beautifully warm sea.

Have just returned from 10 days in Anse Chastanet where we had the most wonderful stay, far exceeding our expectations. Our room had a great view of the Pitons as well as the sea, plus a huge terrace regularly visited by Bananaquits and St. Lucian Black Finches who kept us vastly amused every morning and evening. The room and bathroom were spacious and very well ventilated despite the absence of AC which we really didn't miss. Breakfast was amazing: one could not have asked for more and the quality and presentation of the A La Carte lunch and dinner menus were first class. We were spoilt by the variety of fresh grilled fish on offer - different every day! Live music in the evening was huge fun and we danced the night away quite regularly. Services on the spotless beach: from towels, refreshments and snacks, to watersports, were great. What made Anse Chastanet stand out above other similar offerings, has to be the wonderfully friendly staff; they were all professional, attentive and charming. Highly recommended. Read less

This was the first all inclusive my husband and I have ever done and I cannot tell you how pleased we were. What made this vacation so wonderful was the kindness of EVERY single one of the staff. Everything from the bungalows to the bathrooms to the beach is kept so clean. Our favorite things to do was the Jazzy Sunset Cruise on Thursday night, the chocolate tasting on Tuesday morning, birdwatching and plantation walks, snorkeling ( the BEST we have ever done), paddle boarding, jungle biking, the art class Tuesday afternoon, sitting, reading and being pampered on the beach, being outside the entire 7 days except for the 1/2 hour we got a massage, and sitting in our bungalow and enjoying the view of the Caribbean Sea ( we were assigned 14 A so we did not have a view of the Pitons) Read less

Spectacular property and amazing staff. You could not ask for a more perfect location if you are interested in the beach, snorkeling, great food, awesome accommodations and staff, and easy access to excursions and hiking. They have already thought of everything you need, just show up ready to have fun and/or relax. I only wish we’d stayed longer.

My room was perfect and was set up with desks just the way I requested. Food was outstanding and privacy was perfect. I love the "huts" on the beach. Its a place to enjoy beautiful St. Lucia and get away from the crowds. Everyone makes you feel so welcome. I'll be back!
