The hotel

This stylish hotel is situated along the coast, so you’ll have stunning views of the marina up close. Your room will be nautically inspired and have a range of view to choose from, you can also select a room you can swim up to from the pool! Whether you’re in gym, the pool or penthouse Asian Caribbean restaurant, you can watch life pass by in Rodney Bay, as yachts bob in the marina. You're mere moments from Rodney Bay’s restaurant and bar scene, but Harbor Club St. Lucia’s own menus tantalise with sushi, gourmet pizzas, continental breakfasts, and the ice creams, pastries, and confectioneries of its Swiss-style bakery.

Omg what a fantastic experience!! Check in with Vaince was quick and detailed. Attentiveness throughout my 6 day stay. All the staff is super attentive and courteous! The restaurants are accommodating and food is delicious. I can’t wait to go back in August.

The Harbor Club Hotel has a lot of potential to be a five-star experience, thanks to its beautiful harbor views, convenient location, and picturesque pools. However, several frustrating issues prevent it from reaching that level. The pools are undeniably scenic, but the experience is hindered by missing tiles, which caused deep scratches on my kids’ first day. Additionally, pool towels are rarely stocked, requiring repeated requests with long wait times. While the poolside drinks are a nice touch, the happy hour pricing is inconsistent—charging full price for a non-alcoholic daiquiri makes little sense. The shuttle service was another disappointment. We were initially told there was a beach shuttle, only to find out the next day that it wasn’t running. Instead, we were offered a taxi for $15 each way—an unexpected and frustrating change. The service is very friendly and kind, but lacks attention to detail. Expect to ask multiple times for water, silverware, or any request, with long wait times for even simple things. The rooms deserve 4 stars—they are overall clean, and it’s worth upgrading to an ocean and pool view. However, the bedding is very basic, with multiple-layered comforters that shift around, making for an inconsistent sleeping experience. Additionally, shower gel was never restocked during our stay. With better attention to detail and faster, more consistent service, this could easily be a top-tier hotel. As it stands, it’s a beautiful but occasionally frustrating stay Read less

Excellent trip to St Lucia. My wife and I had a blast at Harbor Club. We had a view of the pool/marina and ate at every restaurant. Everything was fantastic. We walked into town and to the beach every day. The drivers took us into the rain forest and we explored the entire island.

Great vibe, everything in close proximity. Our room is lovely, the bed is super comfy and the pool area is massive! On our second night we had Sushi in the dedicated restaurant and Kelvin our attendant waiter looked after us like royals. Great Work, Kelvin ❤️❤️

Kelvin did an amazing job as our server tonight at Julia’s in Hilton Harbor Club! He was very attentive and gave us great advice on places to go in Saint Lucia. He had great conversation and was promoting several of the events that the hotel has going on this weekend. We will definitely be back!
