From our AMAZING butler Kaisha, the WONDERFUL bartenders - Ray, Charles, and Coconut Johnny, to the amazing servers - Delon, Tyler, Kimberly, and Ginel - every staff member there was truly amazing. Kevin knows how to throw a party on Sundays. I loved the handwritten notes from Merista that came with our breakfast every morning and the super cute towel art from Patrice and housekeeping. Serenity knows what it is doing and that explains why we met so many couples who have gone back again and again. The Grand Romance package made the trip extra special - our favorite was the private beach cabana. We would 1000% recommend to any couple planning a honeymoon to go here.

All different accommodations, sometimes all inclusive, sometimes not. Coconut Bay was a completely new level of service & hospitality.
I was not used to the idea of having a butler, but it was great. They don't hover around you. They give you a little telephone & you can call for anything from excursions to drinks, snacks, or a ride to or from anywhere in the resort. Ali was our butler. She was fantastic. She even called to remind us of the Sunset Cruise we were running late for.
We were pleasantly surprised to be able to see the ocean from the pool. From the resort map it seemed we were too far inland. Our “room” was more like a little house with a backyard. Quiet and peaceful yet close to absolutely everything. On the day of our anniversary we returned from our excursion to find our room decorated with balloons, flowers, a banner and rose petals leading to a hot bubble bath all arranged by Ali.
We loved the flexibility of visiting “the other side” with a short walk whenever we wanted for shows, a beach walk, a quick bite or to see the animals at the sanctuary that is lovingly run to help homeless or hurt animals that need some extra care. We had the romance package and enjoyed all the extra pampering it came with. One part of the package was the beach cabana. We enjoyed it so much we booked another day later in the week.
The entire staff was so friendly & attentive. It’s almost unfair to single out a few, but I will.
Ray & Kevin at the pool bar. Tyron at the beach bar. Tessa wore many hats at the bar & restaurant. Shirley was our room attendant and left us creative towel animals daily. Rosey was our turn down server and left us inspirational notes to end the day with.
All the effort they put into spoiling their guests really shines through. Everyone truly seems happy to be there and happy to help. A few extra special touches like going around the pool asking to clean sunglasses and the super quiet blender at the bar ensured this was next level luxury. The superior level of service will be hard to match so we’ll most likely need to return ASAP!!

Her daily check-ins and constant availability made us feel truly cared for.
The staff's attention to detail was remarkable – they went above and beyond to ensure our complete satisfaction. Special mention goes to KEVIN, JONATHAN (known as "coconut man"), CHARLES, and GINEL, whose exceptional service stood out among an already outstanding team.
The resort pulsed with life, offering an impressive array of activities from hands-on sushi-making classes (thank you LUCY) to mesmerizing fire shows and live musical performances. The culinary experience was exceptional, featuring diverse dining selections and consistently excellent cuisine. The beach, just a short stroll away, had private cabanas and luxurious lounge areas to enjoy.
While every aspect of Serenity impressed us, KAISHA deserves particular recognition for helping orchestrate the perfect proposal. Her collaboration with DANIA before our arrival and their attention to every detail created an unforgettable moment that far exceeded what I had planned. (It couldn’t have gone any better.)
