Good hotel and very nice and accommodating staff. Maria was a great help at recommending things to do in Hong Kong. Hotel is located in walking distance to a metro station. Rooms are kept clean and have a nice view on the Harbour. Hotel has a gym with sauna which is a nice touch.

Beautiful hotel with the most amazing views. Stunning bar and restaurant Le188. Very helpful staff. Maria in particular helped us out and provided excellent information on a trip to Stanley. Easy public transport links. Would recommend.

Great hotel in a good location. The views across the harbour are stunning. Check in times were a bit long but the staff are exceptionally professional, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Maria who gave us some fantastic tips for sightseeing around Hong Kong.

Nice hotel. Kind hotel staff. Isaac was very welcoming and helped with a great room. Decent gym which you can use. Location is also good easily reachable to Center of City. Price wise looks fine for HongKong Breakfast is super great.😁😁😁😊😊😊😆😆😆😘😘😘😘😘😊😊😁😁😍😍😆😆

We had been travelling around Australia, New Zealand and Singapore for 8 weeks and Hong Kong was our final destination before returning to the UK. The hotel reception pressing along with the restaurant areas too. Particularly liked the fact there was a discount on meals if you were a resident of the hotel - good touch. Our room was comfortable but the decoration was tired compared to the rest of the hotel. Not the best view as we were looking half onto the water and half on to another building. Good pressure and hot shower, the best we had experienced. Help concierge team, who brought our luggage to our room and kept it all day once we had checked out. Maria was very helpful and informative. On our first day Maria could see we had just arrived and gave us an itinerary of things to see and do, including how to get around on the bus, metro and ferries. She recommended we get an Octopus card for using on public transport which worked a treat. All this saved us a great deal of time and enabled us to see more of Hong Kong in the 4 days we were there. Great tip from her was to get the airport bus back for just 43 dollars pp. Read less
