All the staff, especially the one attending the reception and concierge, are polite, knowledgeable, helpful and patient in answering our questions. Checking in and out is fast and efficient. The room and other public areas in the hotel are very clean.
There is water dispenser in the lobby for the guests to fill up their water bottle. You can also borrow a scale to weigh your luggage prior to going to to the airport. These are very convenient for the guests staying at this hotel.

Need to have electric outlet in bathroom for the hair dryer. Location is excellent. There are lots restaurants near by. The MTR was very close by. We will stay there again next trip to Hong Kong.
