Shangri-La is surely one of the best luxury hotels to visit with family. Their hospitality and service is spot on. Buffet is extensive and yum. Will recommend.

Outstanding hospitality and professionalism. Special thanks to Pranav and his team for making sure our family is comfortable throughout our stay.Thanks chefs for personally taking care of our diet needs and for cooking delicious diet food. Staff at the lounge were wonderful. Would love to visit again and stay at this property.

Room service is excellent and we are 4 people in this room i.e 929 has experienced a Good . And we are very happy to see our like bed arrangement, cleaning part as well as other things like arrange the seating chair and behaviours is so good By Miss Anisha . Other than that we had a great time at the swimming pool and welness centre. the temperature of the jacuzzi was little too hot though. Also there are many restaurants in the hotel. We had food at the chinese restaurant. Food was great, but prices are little high. One thing i did miss in the hotel was a area for kids and (young) adults to play some games like table tennis, pool, and or other games. this would make the whole experience more complete.
