It was beautiful. Rooms were fabulous. Staff excellent service. Food was great. It was Christmas time and the big tree was put up. The environment was very cheerful and lovely decorated. Again. Fabulous 5 stars. We will return for sure. Soon only not yet.

Even if they cannot "guarantee" something, at least they offer to make an effort to meet your request. Not this hotel. I booked a club level executive room. It was not clear from the description if the "double" room option had a King size bed or not. The image showed two twin beds put together, which implies a King Bed. I sent a request asking if they could please get me a non-smoking room with a King Bed and the only response was "This room comes with a queen bed". Then I sent another request to add my Bonvoy Platinum account number and I got a response "We have noted your number, but you will not get any credit because you booked on a third party website." I had it with this hotel and canceled the entire five night stay!

Staying in a corner suite for 9 nights during the very poor air pollution in late November and early December period, the winter no rain season.
Despite the low AQ outside our stay in Le Meridien was as perfect as it can be due to the high-quality reception from the concierge, marketing manager, and most of the executive lounge staff including head service Mr. Babar Khan, Chef Saroy Kumar, and Chef Vijay. Their attention, warmth, caring, and very professional services provided to us are second to none.
The smiling and cheerful photo (attached) that I took is the best testimony of the team that made our stay a perfect one.
Thank you Le Meridien New Delhi, as a permanent titanium member I couldn't be more proud of you. Thank you for taking great care of us and we'll be sure to return to yet another wonderful stay (maybe my >1500th Marriott chain stay).
