Rooms were cleaned neat and proper. All towels and pillow covers were clean. All necessary accessories were provided on demand. Ms. Priyanka and Dhiren were very courteous. Break fast and lunch were delicious. Would like to visit this once again. Bhaskar Shetty

Good rooms .. lavish breakfast, superb services… big hotel … good management worth it 👌 we as a team stayed around 300 people in hotel … still hotel had great services ..loved it .. recommended to business traveller .. family travellers ..👍

Good stay, service was excellent. Awesome food, rooms were neat and peeps house keeping, reception were very welcoming. One drawback was the venue was fully booked and as smokers we got non smoking rooms, if they could add more smoking rooms or smoking zones in each floor it would have been nice

Stayed at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai hotel for 3 night & it lived up to my expectations! Loved the spacious room with a charming courtyard view, as well as the exceptional in-room dining and buffet menu. I had a great time, overall a great experience!

The evening staff of Royston Fernandez Ordertaker Kashmira and Chef Pramod were fantastic while staying in Mumbai for work. Especially Royston who looked after service so attentively while stay at the hotel. My standout dish from the room service menu is the chicken pulao which is outstanding!
