The hotel

Sofitel for someone that had never been to india, was a great experience. Our driver Vijay was super flexible in waiting for our delayed flight to arrive and made sure we felt safe and taken care of until we arrived at the hotel. Breakfast was amazing! Loved the little cafe. Gym and pool were both great and clean. Really good experience.

We stayed at room number 809 and 811. Rooms was sparkling clean and spacious. The housekeeping staff was around and was attending to every small need of ours like dental kit, extra coffee and sugar etc. Immensely impressed with Vinayak and Smitej.Their helpful nature and smiling personality pleased us and added to our overall awesome experience!! Good business hotel. Good food and ambience. Rooms are well maintained. Staff is courteous and helpful. My rating is actually 4.5/5. Shout out to staff members Ayush, Ashish (Pondicherry staff) and Amar from in room dining. So. Overall good experience

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel which is so centrally located and a 3 min walk away from the NMACC. From a smooth check-in to plush rooms, it was very comfortable. Hospitality is also top notch. Ravi-the gym trainer- was on top of his game. Helped me navigate the various machines in the gym and also checked on me in the steam room, which is a must do activity. They have a jacuzzi too. IRD was quick and good, so was the in house salon. I’ll be returning to stay at Sofitel, in all my next visits to Mumbai. Read less

The rooms and hospitality were excellent, with everything being exceptionally neat. Notably, the pillow quality was impressive. We hosted a business event here, and both the food and staff exceeded expectations. The live appam station was a standout! The location is also fantastic and accessible to many people easily.
