The hotel

We were here for a family function at one of the banquet halls. The staff was very cordial in ushering the guests. It's a very well maintained hotel. The location of this is very centrally placed, so eastern express Highway and western express Highway are close by.

Visited Sofitel on a Sunday when it was very crowded but despite the crowds they had a Great ambience, comfortable seating and great staff. Akansha in particular helped us and was very polite and professional while doing the same. Will definitely come back again for their hospitality.

Excellent service all round including Jhanvi at the reception desk and Ayushri in the Pondicherry restaurant. The coffee at Artisan is amazing, additionally, the hotel is located in walking distance to all the big Bank offices in Bandra Kurla Complex.

Excellent food and service , we visited le bar restaurant and had drinks and snacks. Everything was really good and the service by Inas was excellent . The hotel is located in a very strategic location and has a lot of other good restaurants in their premise. Must try if you are in Mumbai. Recommend to have Asian chicken and Kathi roll.
