Always made to feel relaxed and welcome, everything in its place. The staff cannot do enough to make your stay a pleasure, from room service to the resturants. It is our defauly place to stay when ever we are in Mumbai. Look forward to our next visit.

I like hospitality so much. All hotel staff treat you like a King 👑. My best experience ever and this was my childhood dream to stay in this hotel, finally my dreams comes true and we enjoyed our stay so much.. thanks to all staff for your lovely welcome..

Excellent Service. Magnificent view. Fantastic service. The welcome reception sets a great tone to begin with. The staff was more than eager to help you and were committed for an exceptional service. The Breakfast had a great variety of food and the other guests were nice and courteous.

Rooms need some upgrading but excellent service. TVs need to be upgraded. Pool was too cold needs to be nearer 29c -30c. Pool staff very attentive and courteous. Shame Masala Kraft was closed due to the opening of new restaurant Loya. Overall , one of my favourite hotel’s in the world. Always look forward to returning.
