A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Ritika, the palace duty manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and luxurious. Your kindness and attention to detail were truly appreciated. The room upgrade was a delightful surprise that made our celebration even more special. Our heartfelt gratitude for the two-level room upgrade offered, it was just the best and made us feel elite. We have been celebrating our anniversary for the past 5 years consistently only at Taj, and we must say that we have made the right choice. Every year it’s been even more special and memorable. We are also grateful to Jigar from the regional reservation team for his efficiency and support in communicating with us. Ms. Jyoti Gupta from TMHGR (guest relations) and Shreyans from concierge, your warm welcome set the tone for our wonderful experience. Special thanks to Mr. Abhishek. Mangesh and Pragya from housekeeping, your efforts to keep our room pristine were much appreciated, and we also loved the in-room decor surprise. Mr. Chirag, the housekeeping manager, and Kalpit from housekeeping, your team’s dedication to cleanliness and comfort made our stay exceptionally pleasant. A special mention to Rahul, who served as a personal butler, gave his precious time to us by interacting and adding a personal touch. Everything just gave us a very homely feel. Shashmit Sawant, the shift chef, your culinary skills made our meals delightful. Pooja, thank you for the beautiful anniversary gift and surprises that added a personal touch to our celebration, and for capturing the memories by clicking pictures. Praveen Kumar Dubey, who retired from Delhi Taj and is a mentor to the butlers, came to serve us breakfast; your guidance and expertise to the employees enriched our dining experience. Mr. Samrat, your heartfelt service during breakfast made us feel truly special. You served us wholeheartedly. Mr. Dhruv at the reception, thank you for the smooth check-out process, and Mr. Abhishek, the assistant front office manager, your assistance was invaluable. Experience was awesome. Room and complimentary stuff was awesome. And food and dessert were excellent. We have also try buggy ride and it was excellent. My husband and I’m very lucky to experience this kind of treatment. Cake we try was nutty brownie was full of flavour.

Felt like a king! It was my wife’s birthday and they made it superrrr special for us. The room was beautifully decorated and we had a lovely cake waiting for us. Room was gorgeous. We dined at the sea lounge and the food was absolutely delicious. Service was beyond excellent.
