Amazing stay. We were travelling with 2 kids and everyone made us feel comfortable. All staffs were amazing. The pool, kids club, grand club, beach, restaurants so many places to be. Glad we stayed for 7 nights to explore all. Thank you team Grand Hyatt. We will return again.

Environment is awesome and the size of the hotel is very big,
Staff always nice and near to shopping street with walking 4-5 mins.
Restaurant inside the hotel can provide 5 star quality.
Take grab from hotel to airport is so cheap.

The hotel is large so expect to walk a lot. The breakfast buffet selection was ok however very busy in every restaurant. We were told we were getting a room upgrade but the room looked exactly the same as the photos online, when we booked. The rooms definitely need maintenance, especially the visible mould in the bathrooms, very off putting. We had high hopes based on the pricing point so it was disappointing to see a run down hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the staff were wonderful.
