The Bali Grand Hyatt delivers unbeatable value - we had an all inclusive package for 7 days. there are plenty of restaurants and cuisines to choose from on the property and the food is of a very high standard. The grounds are beautiful, there are a number of pools, a good fitness centre and a great stretch of beach. Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable bedding. The Bali Collection shopping village is a short walk from the property. It might not be the most luxurious property in Nusa Dua, but it is one of the best located, great for families, and at its price point is hard to beat. Read less

Service was excellent and certainly exceeded our expectations. (excluding the veranda lounge, where we eventually walked out after having waited for more than 15 mins as no one came to take the order and we felt that we were ignored and they were not even busy at the time) Each and every team member had a genuine big smile and were always there for us. Big thanks for Suni, Wahyu, Lin (Watercourt) & Asri,Suranthara (Nampu) the pool bar army, and the ever so hardworking house keeping team. Food wise - Quite disappointed compared to our last visit in 2002. Food portion sizes looked to have been downgraded throughout all restaurants. Plates stood half-empty and food was mostly bland with the absence of the most basic ingredients like salt and pepper. It looked like head chef was striving for cost cutting, which obviously will be good for the management, not definitely for the customers. Price - Annoyingly expensive. A glass of wine was AUD 16, a small coffee AUD 7.5 (both including tax SVC) Management - Why is your higher management (including the hotel mgr) not greeting/ smiling with the customers on their way to grab a coffee from veranda lounge? They should do better than this; They should feel that they own the business be more engaging and customer friendly. Overall - food and beverages were quite expensive throughout the resort. Food portion sizes and the quality have been downgraded. Only the quality of service that hasn't changed since 2022. Read less

Only down side is that rooms were a little dated but other than that I'd definitely go back! Stafff and hotel facilities were outstanding! Food was exceptional! The Japanese restaurant was out of this world! I think they should consider doing a outdoor movie night with bean bags to add to the experience.

Beautiful hotel! Super friendly staff and so comfortable. Best pool for kids with a water slide and lots of places to explore. The only downside was the lack of accessibility into the restaurants. They all have steps & I couldn’t get in with my scooter.

It’s a great hotel. Amenities are great for families. The kids club is wonderful, our kids loved attending each day. The staff at the kids club are really kind and caring especially Gabby. The hotel has wonderful pools our kids loved the waterslides.
