The resort and the grounds are breathtaking, and the food was delicious. The staff, who many seem to have worked there for many years, is extremely competent and understand how to deliver guest service. You can tell when people are being ingenuine, but we didn't get that feel at all while staying at this resort. Bali was beautiful and it is an experience that we would never forget, but the staff at this resort is what truly will be memorable for years to come. While the entire staff we're excellent there were a few who stood out to us and their names are: Parna, Soefyan, Aris, Dina, Mana, and Dhita. The staff are super friendly and cannot do enough for you, they love telling you about Bali, the food and the culture. The food from the numerous locations is excellent and very well presented. On the beach you will come across locals selling bracelets, sarongs and water sports they are very friendly not pushy and like a chat. We bought off a lovely lady called Lara.
The hotel is very well maintained and everything is in great condition. The hotel hold local dance evenings, movie night showing a 1935 storey of Bali and special meal nights. All in all a fantastic hotel.
