Nika and the whole team at the Seminyak made our experience incredibly special. Nikas ability to remember me needing gluten free each morning and being so accommodating, made our stay very easy. We can’t wait to be back next year. The resort is clean, pleasant and so relaxing.

We stayed for 13 nights in an Ocean View Jacuzzi Room which was amazing; extremely spacious and kept absolutely spotless by housekeeping - thank you. The entire hotel and grounds were kept immaculate and the whole atmosphere and vibe of the resort was perfect.
The breakfast buffet was the best we have ever encountered in all our travels across the world and there was always a 'daily special'; a few of which we tried and thoroughly enjoyed.
We enjoyed most of our days by the infinity pool and we were truly able to relax and chill. All the team members by the pool were very attentive.
During our stay we celebrated a birthday and six days later our 34th wedding anniversary. For the birthday there were decorations on the bed and an exquisite birthday cake at breakfast. On our anniversary the room was decorated with a lovely message written on the mirror, decorations on the bed, and on the TV in the room there was a personalised video clip of some of the team members wishing us a happy anniversary. This was so touching and showed how much above and beyond they went to make our special day even more special. That evening we ate in Sanje in the hotel and the food was truly 5* and absolutely to die for. We were also treated to a cake to mark the occasion.
Every single team member we interacted with were wonderful - always smiling, courteous, and polite. We wish we could remember the names of them all but to mention a few we can - Cyntia, Nika, Trsina, Lusi, Andi. However, as said before, EVERY SINGLE team member deserves a shout out, not just the front of house but also the back room teams. Nothing was too much trouble and if there was anything you needed, they would do their best to meet your wishes.
We enjoyed our stay, experience and Bali so much, we have already booked again for March 2026!!

Great resort, friendly staff, awesome breakfast buffet, loved the pool and activities at the resort. Beautiful amenities, the spa was so great we went multiple times, the sunburn treatment was great and the couples package, clean, spacious rooms.
