So many to recognise, but Krishna at pool side, Cyntia in guest relations and Epi and Trisna in the dining room and the housekeeping staff were wonderful. Beautifully appointed rooms, everything clean and very well maintained.
We loved the infinity pool right on the beach & great loungers, with just 30 yds to walk to swim in the sea.
Ground staff amazing - every day clearing leaves in the garden and stones from the beach!! We’ve never seen that before. This was an exceptional family holiday - amazing food, surroundings & people. So many thanks to all in the hotel who made it unforgettable.

The service is outstanding, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The room is spotless and well-maintained. The pool is breathtaking, especially at sunset. The breakfast is diverse, with fresh, delicious options, and the menu always offers exciting new choices. Every detail is thoughtfully curated for a perfect stay.

Would highly recommend this resort for anyone coming to Seminyak! The food, location, pool and hotel rooms were all amazing. Everyone working here was so helpful and kind. We dealt mostly with Trisna who was exceptional and so attentive throughout our entire stay. The best resort experience I’ve ever had and would love to come back sometime!

Amazing resort. The staff is very attentive and work to make the experience memorable. Tude was our villa host and always gave great recommendations and made our honeymoon experience memorable. Staff was very attentive and friendly! Also, the sunsets at the infinity pool are postcards worthy!

The service was amazing, the focal point for our villa Mr. Tude villa host was very kindly and helpful during our stayed, every time keep on touch with me if i required any help, me and my wife had a great romantic dinner which prepared by him, we enjoyed a-lot in this resort, it was a good experience and i hope to visit again
