their infinity pool only for adult and we always go there every morning. kids here not to much cause they have a separate building for family with all kids facilities. so enjoy and feel comfortable here. the breakfast was really nice with to much choices from bakery and pastry, the main course, juice, cereal, Indian station and many more. but our favourite is still Jukung restaurant in front of the beach.

Not worth it.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel.
Stayed in a new room which is the weirdest layout I’ve seen, very poor use of space. You only get two small bottles of water for free a day and the rooms smell weird (which I later discovered from mould on the curtains) . Internet is incredibly slow and the tv is even slower.

Breakfast is interesting to say the least. Pancakes and omelettes are the only edible food. The scrambled eggs were green on some days. Although did see cockroaches around the pancake station so probably scratch that off the list. All the stations are so incredibly spread out, it’s really not necessary. Staff don’t acknowledge you, nor offer coffee or anything.
Music is incredibly loud at night so if you’re staying in the main wings be conscious of that as there was no mention anywhere about there being live music. I requested to move to the family side but was told only if I paid an additional 50 usd a day and when I questioned why online was it only an extra $20-40 usd a day there was no real explanation given especially given they absolutely were not at capacity, the hotel was empty. Likewise with raising the issues about the cockroaches, just an apology. Issues with room service messing up orders and food coming soggy and gross and was just given an apology.
Don’t bother with the mermaid class. It’s $25 AUD for half an hour. They swim twice and through a hoop. It’s not 3-5pm. They split into two groups and they get 15 mins each essentially.
After coming here on the back of staying at the padma, this experience was so incredibly disappointing. Staff could not care less, never once did I feel like they were happy to be there or the sweet and attentive service you usually get at a 5 star resort, if you like the little things about a 5 star resort then I would not bother staying here because it’s absolutely lacking. Also the only time I’ve gotten numerous bites from god knows what while staying at 5 star resort in Bali.
