The staff provided service that was neither lacking nor overbearing—just perfectly balanced. The food at the resort was exceptional, so I didn’t feel the need to leave during my stay. While the Mie Goreng and Nasi Goreng were delicious, surprisingly, the pizza was amazing too! (Why did I even have pizza in Bali?)

Wonderful experience at Alila Ubud. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the hotel, but the team made the experience truly amazing. Hotel was beautifully situated above the jungle and beyond some rice fields. Staff were so lovely and accommodating. The food though was disappointing and we often travelled by taxi or the hotel’s shuttle service into Ubud Centre for lunch/dinner.
