One of the best hotel stay for us . The service staff everywhere in the resort were very professional , warm and served with a lot of passion . Room cleaning was done very promptly , the whole experience left us with a warm fuzzy feeling, will definitely go back

For mobility impaired users - some of the paths were not ideal - however there were other routes that could be used.
The tropical rainforest short walk to the river was hilly but nice to experience walk.
Generally rainy whilst we were there but still beautiful.
