Beautiful hotel, very friendly and welcoming. The pool is superb with fresh towels taken to your chair. Food and cocktails excellent and delicious breakfast too. The rooms are gorgeous with everything you need some beautiful touches with the flowers and elephant towel !

This is the hotel we chose to end our monthlong adventure in Thailand. The hotel is beautiful and the pool is amazing. The breakfast buffet is unbelievable. So many options. But the best thing of all were the staff. One of my kids was really sick when we were there, and they went above and beyond to help us out. For example, we really needed the room cleaned after my kid was sick and they came right away. We also had to cancel and reschedule our shuttle/number of nights at the hotel and they were so accommodating. I would say this place is worth the cost, especially because of the breakfast buffet and the pool. They also have a kids club that has a variety of activities - my 9 year old was even into it. This is a WONDERFUL resort hotel. The first thing that I noticed was how clean and shiny everything was. From the drive up, to the Lobby, to the walkways, and our room. Everything was immaculately clean. The staff are SO friendly and helpful! Everyone made us feel welcomed. We stayed at the resort for two nights and then returned for one night after visiting Chiang Mai. On our return, we were honored with an upgrade to a Suite room. It was stunning! We had a view of the river and river traffic. Two bathrooms, a dining and a living room area. The beds were cozy. Unfortunately, on our first day there, I left my passport and camera in a taxi. The resort staff were so helpful and concerned. I was not able to get my belongings back and at my return, the staff remembered me and showed concern about my loss. The resort is about a forty minute drive from the airport. The staff can arrange tours and will call for taxi service. There is a breakfast buffet with a large array of food and beverages. We were going to book the dinner show but there was a private special event going on so we were not able to book the show. I would reccommend checking it out. Read less

Amazing hotel, top top breakfast, great swimming pool, actually an oasis in the city. Special thanks goes to super friendly, professional and efficient receptionist Mr Jae. Really nice are free boat rides to the centre every thirty minutes. We will be back for sure!
