Check in is the reason only 3 stars as as pretty awful, arrived early (were not expecting to get into rooms) they did not have our correct rooms thought we had explained this to them in morning. When we returned we had to repeat the conversation two times again! Over an hour it took to resolve the issue, an issue which got a hotel you would expect to be very straight forward.
Just felt a bit disorganised and no real apology for the delay.

We filed a complaint with the hotel but they said there was no evidence to say they were stolen.We were very dissatisfied that these items were taken from our room and the response from the hotel. If I could offer any advice it would be not to get your room cleaned while you stay here so as to avoid the same situation we found ourselves in.

We chose this hotel primarily for its excellent location, and it didn’t disappoint. It’s within walking distance of many great bars, restaurants, massage parlors, and shopping malls, making it super convenient.
The breakfast spread for vegetarians was limited, but non-vegetarians had plenty of options.
We stayed on the 24th floor and noticed some construction noise, which we weren’t informed about beforehand. However, since we were out for most of the day, it wasn’t a major issue.
The staff was helpful and kind, which we appreciated. This is more of a business hotel than a luxury one, so it’s best to set expectations accordingly.
If you’re staying here, I’d recommend asking for a room on a higher floor for the best views.

After a long flight from South Africa with the kids, we arrive in Bangkok and get to the hotel only to find out that our booking has been cancelled by the hotel even though we provided them with a credit card for the booking. Really poor will never recommend them to any friends or family. Nether would I recommend them to travel agents in SA
