The hotel

Overlooking the busy Chao Phraya River, this hotel is the place to be in Bangkok where you can spend hot days enjoying the riverside breeze but with many of Bangkok's famous landmarks just a stone’s throw away. Overlooking the Chao Phraya, connected to the River City shopping centre with easy access to local transport including river taxis and the BTS Skytrain station. Transfer time from Bangkok Airport: 45 minutes.

Deluxe Riverview Rooms are spacious and have 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Premium Deluxe Rivervew Rooms are slightly larger and on higher floors (17th-24th) with superior river views, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Deluxe Family Rooms are two interconnecting Deluxe Riverview Rooms sleeping maximum 6 people.

Executive Riverview Suites are very spacious with a separate living area and have 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Club Deluxe Riverview Rooms are located on the 25th-28th floors with panoramic river views, complimentary fresh fuits and Internet access, sleeping maximum 2 adults. Club Rooms also include the following Club Benefits:

Great river view room, throughly cleaned every day. Variety of dishes offered at breakfast. Based in the city centre and near the ferry harbour easily accessible from all tourist places and shopping malls. Loved Thara Thong restaurant’s traditional Thai music, dance and cultural atmosphere.

The rest was awful, the room has not been maintained for years, the furniture and services are more than 50 years old, outdated, it doesn't even have a USB port, the bathtub is blackened, broken taps, burned out light bulbs, the mattress is not suitable for a heavenly rest. You cannot use the Sheraton Club, more than 100 rooms for 20 tables, so you pay for a service that is not provided, they don't give you any other alternative. The pool is very poor, the gym is overcrowded. The breakfast buffet falls short. An exorbitant price for an infamous service. Not at all recommended. Read less
