We stayed in one of the deluxe garden view bungalows. This was fine but not really 5 star. This however was where we found most solitude in the resort.
The infinity (quiet) pool was anything but with kids screaming and shouting around it. This was if you were lucky enough to get a sun bed as numbers were restricted and towels left on all day and not removed by staff. Some people ended up sitting on the grass!!
The hotel itself is very expensive for Thailand thankfully we frequented the village behind which we found gave us a better Thai experience at a 3rd of the price and better service.
The gym is a joke half the equipment is broken and very old.
It’s a shame as the setting is lovely but this hotel is no way a 5 star maybe a 4 at best.

Breakfast not that good buffet which I hate and the beacon, sausages were cold and the eggs well steamed . plenty of Asian food and there was the egg station
A good 3 + may be 4 star hotel

Saii phi phi has the best service, great food, great atmosphere, great entertainment and most amazing time.
I have been to 3 of the saii hotels now and had an amazing time, I would return to any saii resort in a heart beat. Thank you saii phi phi hopefully we will return soon.
Overpriced in a (very) poor service

The hotel is pleasant, but it charges a price much higher than what it offers. There is no regular transfer from Phiphi Port to the hotel, and as there is no land transport, you are hostage to taxi boats - a super risky adventure to take a taxi boat at night in the open sea. The hotel does not have a pier at sea, you invariably get your feet wet when entering and leaving the boats. the meals are average, nothing special (remember that we have difficulty going to the center of the island to see other restaurants). The table service in restaurants is quite poor, they give you the bottle of wine you bought and don't serve it by the glass. the rooms are good, the chalets are wonderful and there are golf carts to take you to your chalet. the pool and gym are good. The hotel's private beach is fantastic. Maybe if the hotel realizes that its category is four stars and charges a fair price, it will get a better rating from its guests.
