What a beautiful resort! We did change rooms- for us having 2 kids, 9 and 7, the family suite was two small and the stairs are very steep. So we upgraded to an ocean wing family suite after 2 days and it was perfect.

The hotel itself is stunning as is the food. For a family it’s a perfect location. In the main drag, but not too close to the craziness of chaweng.

A very pleasant hotel with very friendly staff. All in all, no real complaints apart from the size of the room. Beds were amazingly comfortable, breakfast was superb and the pool facilities and beachfront location were great!

The rooms had not been swept or mopped, and in one of our rooms the toilet was not working properly. We were located quite far from the beach, and had to cross a busy road to get to the beach, breakfast, and main swimming pool. It was high season so the cost was higher than usual, but I still felt like it was below my expectation for a 5 star resort in Thailand. I did really appreciate the staff and the breakfast was very good.
