1-5am night club banging then 6am the bird, crow or owl out side room then 7am planes it was torcher.
Complaint and they had no rooms closer to beach/ pool further away so they moved us to sister hotel melati which was 20 minutes away quite far and isolated but million times better it was like paradise up there and they have a shuttle to take you down to main strip but finishes at 4pm shame it’s not 8/10pm so could have dinner down busy end.
Give hotel their due they tried to resolve this and did in the end but 1st week wasn’t good.

The Hotel had everything we wanted for such a large group of us the staff were so helpful and kind the Christmas eve gala was stunning so much nightlife out the front and beautiful beach out the back would strongly recommend the weather was beautiful
