Bad hotel food and really bad management. Restaurant at ground level is pathetic worst staff anyone can ever have . They laugh at you all the time also they didn’t give cutlery fir eating food . Really feel ashamed to stay in this hotel . Location wise good but staff wise bad .

Exceptional Hotel, with great location and amazing staff, especially Daa Taeng Jade was very helpful at the front desk. The pool is outstanding and the overall vibe is excellent. We would definitely come and stay here again with the family

The bed was cozy, and the amenities were thoughtfully provided. The pool area was a real highlight. It was clean, well-maintained, and a great place to unwind. Whether swimming or relaxing on a lounger, it felt like a peaceful retreat. The lounge bar, fitness centre and kid's club was also a highlight at the resort. Overall, the resort offered the perfect mix of great service, comfortable rooms, and relaxing amenities. It’s a great spot for all travellers. Best property at the best location with best amenities. Huge pool area with water slides which feels like an oasis. Good breakfast and nice comfortable rooms. Would love to thank JADE , DAO , BANG and Chi for making our stay so memorable and comfortable by going above and beyond every time.

The hotel has beautiful grounds. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Ja at the breakfast restaurant is super cheery. The room (Deluxe Partial Seaview) is gorgeous but the floor feels grimy and could do better with proper cleaning. Balcony still had cigarette butt's probably from a previous stay. Housekeeping could definitely improve.
