It was a very nice stay for us here! We got everything we needed from Betty, she took care of us the whole holiday and got us everything we needed.
The Hotel has a great spot in Patong, you are everywhere in a few minutes!

I'd say that parts of the hotel are a little dated, the pool is a little tired as are some parts of the hotel but the staff are excellent, happy and friendly, the food is excellent and the prices are not too bad.
We had a very enjoyable 2 weeks
