The Super Deluxe Sea View Room is 40-45sq metres and features the previously mentioned amenities and sea view. Rooms have either a King bed and daybed or two twin beds and a day bed. The Diamond Suite room type is a larger 70sq metres in size and is a more romantic option, featuring a jacuzzi and bar area to enjoy the sea views. Rooms have either a King bed and daybed or two twin beds and a day bed. Sleeps a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

The Grand Jacuzzi Suite is the same size as the Diamond Suite but is positioned closer to the coastline for even better views from the rooms private balcony. Rooms have either a King bed or two twin beds. Sleeps a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

Great views and within walking distance to Patong Beach.

Beautiful hotel but it’s located on steep hill so be prepared to take stairs if you don’t wait for the shuttle. The food provided in the on location restaurant was excellent with a great view of the ocean. The hotel staff had coordinators on site that set up tours and transportation which made life easy for us. Within walking distance to the beach.

Great Place to stay when at Patong

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel staff so friendly and helpful, nothing seemed a bother. But as you may have realised by other comments it is on a hill so not ideal for anyone with a mobility issue, hill and steps. However they do have a shuttle bus that runs every few minutes taking you further up the resort ,which was great. Location - was ideal for us just a 10/15 min walk to the main area of Patong which we really enjoyed as I'm not sure if I would like to have stayed in the centre due to how busy it can be. As mentioned there is a busy road to cross outside of the hotel but there was a guard there helping you cross the road. Rooms - where large, bright and clean and a very comfy large bed. Housekeeping did a good job each day. We had an issue with the AC from the begiining which we thought they had fixed but it gradually got worse again so they tried to replace the AC unit again that didn't work. They did ask if we wanted to move rooms but we only had a few days left and I couldn't be bothered to pack our stuff up and move to another room. The reception representive (Freeze) was so helpful and tried to make it all good but it was out of his control, he couldn't do enough for us. Thnak you Pools - lovely and kept well however I would say the pool at the waterfall the sunbeds were getting a bit tired so they should get changed. We couldn't understand why the drinks at both pools were differently priced as you were gettibg the same thing. Food differed as well. Gtounds/building - All kept really well, clean and tidy the staff take pride in the work they do. Breakfast - very good, plenty to choose from. I would recommend this hotel to others. Read less

Very enjoyable stay.

We had a lovely stay at Diamond cliff over Christmas and New year. Staff were very helpful. Yes it is hilly but this can be seen prior to booking. Road outside hotel really busy but someone is there most of the time to help get you across. Christmas Eve and New years Eve the food was amazing so much to choose from both lovely events... We only used the Ocean view pool as the other was a bit more shady. The beach across from the hotel is a lovely area and there are a couple of lovely restaurants across the road. It was a bit of a walk to main nightlife but there are restaurants and bars along the way. On checkout we got to use the lounge to shower and change and it was really nice no need to keep room on. Memorable vacation resort with an ocean view!

This was an amazing experience with even a better view. The staff is a close net group and they really do go outside of their way to make you feel comfortable. The food, the pool, and the location is unmatched. Entertainment by the pool, while having a night time dinner with an ocean view.

Quite an ok hotel

A nice, pretty big hotel. The hotel is on a beautiful steep slope and there are a lot of stairs. The location of the hotel is good, but there is a very busy street in front. The security guard helps at the road crossing. The hotel was being renovated late at night. Some rooms were definitely noisy. We were lucky and there was not much noise. The breakfast was good. We didn't eat in the hotel's restaurants, but we ordered food from room service. It wasn't particularly good, but ok. The hotel has two swimming pools. In the pool above, the sunbeds were covered in bird poop, the chairs were milled and there was trash in the pool water. The second pool area is cleaner. The general appearance of the hotel was a bit dirty. The hotel was being cleaned and renovated all the time, but maybe there were too few staff. Our suite (5602) was spacious. The extra bed was very hard. The showers had good water pressure. The air conditioning worked well. There were nails in the drawer of the bedside table, which gave me a wound. There were holes in the sheets and towels. Cleaning did not work during the whole week. Sheets were not changed daily, even though we asked. We often had to ask for towels. There was a lot of dust and garbage under the bed. They were there all week. The previous resident's condom paper was found under the bedside table. Dried rose petals and rusty water came out of the hot tub. I asked to clean the tub properly, but rusty water was pouring into the tub for the whole week and we couldn't use the tub. The children's cries from the neighboring room woke us up in the mornings. Sound insulation is therefore poor. I could go to this hotel again, but it wouldn't be my first choice. Read less
