We booked this hotel a year ago and I honestly couldn’t anticipate how wonderful it was having read reviews for a long time. This is the most beautiful resort Luxury and service are top notch We have been to Phuket many times and nai yang is perfect for us A short commute from The airport Many massage and eating places around We spent most of our time at the main pool as we were travelling with a 12 year old who made friends in the pool The kids club was great too with many activities being run The gym was busy but I loved Carmen who took some amazing classes at 8.30 am Ian at the pool was very kind and bought water and fruit sticks around and relayed my dietary requirements to the kitchen Food at breakfast is 10/10 Coffee can be busy but it’s fantastic Cheap food available outside the resort We ate at the pool bar area twice at night and enjoyed the cocktails at the bar which had a singer a number of times Would absolutely love to visit again next year Pack repellant and use it Read less

I honestly do not know where to begin to discribe my love of this hotel. I have traveled the world for work or pleasure for more than fifty years and this may be the best hotel/resort I have ever stayed at. The design is flawless. You cant help but feel every tree and plant was specifically designed to be where it is. The grounds are stunning. Four pools ( one adults only) that are absolutely lovely. Location: Only ten minutes from airport but never heard a plane. Walk out the back entrance to beautiful NaiNang Beach and village. Its a way from the craziness of other areas of Phuket but there are many restaurants, massage palors and weed stores in a lovely laid back setting. No dealing with the crazy traffic in Phuket. The food at the main restaurant on site ( the only one I ate at) was delicious and reasonabbly priced for a 5 start hotel. And finally, the people. The staff I encountered were genuine and always smiling and helpful. Highly reccomend for solo, family, or romantic stay in Thailand. Read less

This is in my top five hotels. The location , decor, landscaping, cleanliness are all high quality. The staff are exceptional being polite and genuinely caring. The Hotel App you download when arrive is very helpful and informative. It is a large hotel but didn’t feel crowded around pools or restaurants. I can’t wait to go back

We recently returned from our 4th trip to the slate. Wonderful staff and service, great food and excellent housekeeping and turndown service. The pools are beautiful, I highly recommend staying here. Lots of bars and restaurants close to the hotel and lots of options for day trips.

The breakfast buffet is great too so much variety and especially the cute shaped pancakes, that was a favourite. We will definitely be back again :) Read less
