Tommy from the hotel staff was really helpful all our stay. Many thanks Tommy!!! It was a pleasure meeting you! If they get to be able to improve the hotel maintenance it would be a great hotel to stay, but right now I would say is not a 5 stars resort.

What an awful place to go! If you are booked in here, cancel, pay the cancellation charge - and book somewhere else ahead of time…unless you would like a horrible stay in Rawai, of course! Staff are clueless and unhelpful, of course the structure and poor standard of the hotel not being wholly their fault. Despite this, they are not prompt or attentive to any issues raised. Food is microwaved and average. A man wearing a blue mask stomping around the restaurant, ordering waitresses around doesn’t exactly create a relaxing dining experience. A bad attempt of bread rolls served prior to the meal, hard sweet brioche rolls with butter and balsamic vinegar. Let’s not forget the “live” entertainment… I’ll not even go there, out of respect for the poor guy on piano. Let’s just say, it was not good. A british cafe over the road, which offered an alternative to the food inside the hotel but this was closed and was by no way chic, stylish or appealing. I can liken the hotel and the immediate area to Benidorm, on a very bad day. Save yourself, cancel your booking, stay elsewhere. Read less

The whole resort exuded peace and tranquility. The open air rain shower within the villa had views over the bay and the picture French doors at the end of the bed also overlooked the bay. The infinity pool was warm and luxurious and a drink/snack service was available from your poolside sunbed. The restaurants offered fresh, tasty and beautifully presented food that included Thai and international dishes. The cocktail menu was varied and exciting. The spa provided a peaceful haven for a luxurious massage to rival any high-end UK offering with masseuse trained at Wat Pho and the staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful, fun and happy. We got to know Maria, Lily, Gate, Cute and Joe really well and nothing was too much trouble. Our attempts at basic Thai were appreciated. We couldn’t fault the resort and whilst some may consider the villa’s tired we like to think of them as rustic. On arrival we had a fresh fruit platter, small biscuits, a bottle of wine and then daily complimentary water. We will definitely visit again!!! Read less

Excellent place to stay, people were very nice, facilities very good A++ Infinite pools were awesome. Food was good, the only think that I can complain is the food from the Thai restaurant didn’t have enough flavor we were expecting, other than tag it was very good.

We stayed in Pool Villa #4. The resort is beautiful, the staff is great. Tommy was fantastic and always so eager to help. He helped us book a tour that we would have known nothing about. We stayed in Pool Villa #4. The resort is beautiful, the staff is great. Tommy was fantastic and always so eager to help. He helped us book a tour that we would have known nothing about. Even on his days off, he called to see if we were ok or if we needed anything. AMAZING! The room was beautiful and comfortable. The private pool was so relaxing. The main pool was also amazing and beautiful. Breakfast buffet was great. Drinks at the pool was so delicious 😋. We ordered room service a few times and everything was good. The A.C. blasted very cold air, the fridge actually kept things cold unlike most hotel fridges. It even has a small freezer that comes with an ice tray. The only issue we had was the shower. It was either scalding hot or freezing cold. We tried everything. When we eventually found the right temp, it would only stay on that temp for a minute or less. Even if you didn't touch it, it would change on its on. Not a huge issue but definitely annoying. We would definitely book this resort again because everything besides the water temperature was perfect. Oh, another thing, you can swim in the ocean, but once low tide hits, the ocean basically disappears and you'll see people walking across what used to be an ocean an hour ago. It's weird but cool. In the morning, the ocean returns and you can swim again. Read less
