Great location, great staff

This was a great location for our trip. I would stay here again without hesitation. The staff were awesome, especially in the pool area. I would recommend a room on the 7th floor that opens to the pool deck. Only drawback was the outside elevator was not working and access to beach was not as easy.

Spent the afternoon on the beach and had the most amazing service from Devin! He was very attentive and friendly, despite being incredibly busy with all the other people on the beach. His suggestions for food were spot on. Highly recommend the fish tacos and the daiquiris and rose were delish!

I spent three nights at this Ritz Carlton hotel, and all three nights I couldn’t sleep properly because of the constant sudden pipes banging noises coming from behind the walls. An obvious plumbing related issue.
The shower water temperature was inconsistent, causing sudden bursts of burning water coming out, which made it impossible to shower properly. This was so frustrating.
I informed the management about this issue, and they offered to change my room to a lower level floor, instead of providing me with a room that was comparable to my current one.
The bathrobe was incredibly small and impractical to wear. I requested a larger one, but it never arrived.
The showerhead’s handpiece was broken, where the hose connects to it, causing water to leak out and rendering it unusable.
The sheets were rough and of low quality. I’ve never encountered such a problem with sheets at any other hotel before. The Ritz Carlton is known for its luxurious accommodations, so I was thoroughly surprised by the poor quality of the sheets.
The elevator floor was always sticky, likely due to the frequent spills of drinks.
The hotel staff was very nice.
Valet people were very nice.
The beach staff was also very nice.
I don’t think I will go back to this location. I might try a different location but not this one. I used so many points to be able to stay at this hotel. The same amount of points would have allowed me to stay at a different hotel for a longer period of time and I am so disappointed I wasted so many points to stay here.
I spoke to two different managers, but none of them offered to return any of my points because of the unpleasant experience.

Great Beach Chairs and Service !

Staying at another hotel but came here just for the service and chairs at the Ritz Carlton beach. The service was attentive and in particular David was very solicitous, asking about my comfort and making sure I was well-taken care of. Thank you and I will be back.
