Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Giuseppe greeted us at the desk, got us into a great room overlooking the pool and beach and offered suggestions on a few restaurants and bars to visit. Stayed here for three nights to enjoy the beach. Rented a premium room facing the beach that gave us a nice view and balcony. Furnace was a bit noisy but the bed and pillows gave us a comfortable sleep. Room cleaning was hit and miss, shampoo in shower was out and there was no body wash.

Was really looking forward to booking this on the night of January 25th 2025 called the hotel directly to get information about the hotel because I do not like Hilton's reservation outsourcing policy... talked to the young lady at the front desk she was very informative asked her about parking she says valet parking was $39 a night and there was no self parking anywhere near the hotel, she also told me that there was a $22 resort fee for this hotel and that on the complimentary reception you only get two drinks per adult I asked her was there anything she can do for us since we are Hilton gold members she said no... So we decided not to stay at this property because of this just wanted to let everyone know ahead of time what to expect... We feel like that is overpriced and just wrong to the customer.
