125 rooms, each equipped with a mini refrigerator a Cuisinart coffeemaker, luxurious 300-thread count sheets and entertainment on a 42-inch HDTV. Additional amenities include a hairdryer, an iron with an ironing board, and essential bathroom products. Each room also comes with a radio alarm clock and air conditioning.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Room was fine and bed was comfortable. You can’t beat the location - everything is within walking distance. Staff is very nice and helpful. The restaurant has a great breakfast and they have a BOGO happy hour. The $40 valet parking is a little steep.

Beautiful hotel on the outside but not in the rooms. We had a king 1st floor bay view with that had lots of ants on the cabinet where the coffee maker and refrigerator was walking all over the cups. We called the front desk and hour later 10 pm a maintenance man came over and wanted to spray the cabinet down with chemicals it was right next to the… Read more

I told him no. We cleaned up the ants out best we could. The bed was pulling away from the frame. Not to mention the outside door did not lock thank goodness our door locked well because someone was trying to get in our room. over priced hotel and $40. extra for parking and they only have valet. We are Volusia County natives, and took a quick trip away. It was our first time staying downtown and our trip was fabulous. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and service was top-notch. Our room was right on historic bayfront. It was so beautiful every morning and every night looking out at the water and people watching. We wanted to particularly express our gratitude to Ana in Aviles. She went above and beyond, creating a list of “must do/must try” places to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, and activities. Even including information on the trolley and some tips on how to save $. So kind. So personable. We did a lot on her list and she had great recommendations. She hand wrote this for us and provided a map of the area too. We wanted to try dessert later on and Ana helped us set that up with room service, we were so satisfied with our experience. Another thing we did not realize was so much is made in house at the restaurant and the food was spectacular. We stopped into Starbucks after check out. Michelle was assisting a group of guests who were deaf. She has a box of stickers on the counter that she buys on her own to give the hotel guests. It really made us smile. This group she was helping in front of us was a group of 5 little girls, maybe kindergarten age, who lit up when they got their stickers. They all came back in the shop to sign her thank you. We treated ourselves to a Bayfront balcony room and our 6 night stay was so comfortable. The room is spacious and modern with a very comfy bed, great bathroom an amenities. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We have family in thr St Augustine area and we will definitely stay at this hotel next visit
