Upon checking in, we went to use one of the two toilets and it was clogged. The second bathroom had the toilet paper holder out of the wall and on the floor. Maintenance was called and the two problems were remedied. A bed in one of the two bedrooms was not made and trash not taken out from a bathroom. Today when leaving I found an intact yellow pill on the floor. A filled trash bag was found in the hallway outside our unit and left there for 2 days. At checkout today I reviewed this all with the manager and she was very apologetic. With that said, the property is very pretty and the food was good. Hopefully this issue with our room and the trash bag was just an anomaly, however we would not stay there again. Read less

Excellent meeting facilities, very easy to navigate the beautiful event spaces. Food was wonderful. Those traveling in for the meeting were very pleased with the proximity to RSW. As the event planner, I was very pleased to work with so many members of the staff for a second year in a row. I think employee retention speaks volumes!

The bed I melted into. Food was delicious. I did not get a chance to use the pool or spa but know some colleagues that did and they certainly enjoyed… Read more

Coconut Point Hyatt is our all time favorite resort. The property is beautiful, but the staff are what makes it exceptional. Everything is so warm, welcoming and friendly. We have been visiting for years and they now feel like family. The food is delicious and the service is top notch.
