Loved my stay at the Hyatt! Thanks to Karrie at the front desk, I will definitely be back. I have never experienced a manager at any hotel as understanding and willing to go above and beyond as Karrie. I have never experienced a manager at any hotel as understanding and willing to go above and beyond as Karrie. The different pools- lap pool, lazy river, 4 slides etc and a cool boat ride where you can see dolphins in the wild make this hotel a great vacation destination. The games on the green are a super fun idea (I would definitely like to see them left out later) and are great when it is chilly outside. I loved being greeted every morning by the chef at Tanglewood who cooks an awesome breakfast and is so personable and by Edward, the waiter, who is so kind and helpful. Housekeeping staff is also very friendly. Just an overall wonderful hotel! Read less

I booked a 3 night stay here and opted for the bay view rooms based on some of the reviews here (more $$). The view/balcony is great, but the elevator bank is close by and is VERY audible in the room all day and all night! I moved to a different room after the first night. I was told there are no bay view rooms NOT impacted by this noise so I was moved to the parking lot view in front of the hotel on the 5th floor. Oh boy. And of course I paid in advance so tough luck for me. I honestly don't know how they get away with this. They blamed it on the hurricane from a year ago. Well even if that's the case, they should disclose this while booking. As in very disruptive out of the ordinary elevator sounds are present in the room all day. Do not recommend! Read less

The resort is first class. I could not get over all the amenities, including the pools, slides and bars. It was nice and quiet in January, which was perfect for our meeting. I am sure it is a very hot spot for families in the summer!! The staff was very welcoming and professional.

This resort is great and very family friendly. The pools and slides are awesome for kids and adults alike. We had a great time. It is a solid 4 stars. We went over Xmas break which was a busy time. I just felt that they were understaffed for this busy time. Mainly housekeeping and the pool area. Pool food took a long time to come and they ran out of some food like the made to order pizzas. Housekeeping didn't give us enough pillows but were quick to get us some more. One day they took all of the towels but one. We called for more towels and they brought us more pillows! Anyways, we ended up getting more towels an hour later. I think at such a busy time they would staff accordingly. It won't keep me from coming back with my family again. I never saw the rock climbing open and my kids wanted to try it. We loved the balloon and face painting artist! We went twice. I wish I had time to try the spa but it was already booked when I called to find a time to get a facial or a massage. Book in advance! Read less

Never fails to impress. We have been coming here for years and spend a chunk of our time away from home at the Hyatt. The hotel and people are what make this place tick like clockwork. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for getaways, holidays, conferences, weddings and any other life event. Love you guys and see you in August.
