I have to say that I was a little apprehensive when we made this reservation with docking fees per night at over $200. That's a little pricey for us, make no mistake. This is a very high end resort so I was also a little concerned about being on a boat how we'd be treated. All that was extremely unfounded. I found the staff so friendly, so professional, so courteous, and in light of the expensive docking fee as staying in the marina, you get access to the three hot tubs the three pools the three restaurants, the beach, beach chairs, umbrellas everything you'd expect at a high end resort. Even though you're on a boat! I'd give this more than five stars if I could. Awesome place. It was a great mini vacation. To top it all off for each night's stay you get the free breakfast buffet in the morning at Jack's and that was outstanding as well along again with a friendly staff. A special shout out to Rick and Dave who made landing our boat at the nice floating docks easy. And to Danielle, Devin and Karen who served us at Jack's! They all were so helpful. Thanks to everyone at the Pink Shell Reosrt and Marina for making this a memorable stay. Pete and Beth McFadzen on board "A Leap of Faith VI" Read less

Beautiful resort. We had a beachfront view which was absolutely beautiful. The facility has palm trees perfectly placed; reminded me of Hawaii. First of all staff outstanding. Pool service above and beyond. Three beautiful pools; one is an adult pool with an adult only hot tub. Lots of pool chairs. The pool bar was adorable and bar tenders very hard working. They have an outdoor fire pit which I actually got to use; usually the fire pits are packed. I love their pool towel dispensers; never saw that before. The resort bracelets are nice. Food was great. Everyday they put out beach chairs; so you just go out to the beach and grab one. Our room was nice; had kitchen sink; microwave; fridge. Balcony was awesome. Breakfast was included and have to say pink shells coffee was delish. I just can’t recommend this place highly enough. And I forgot to mention we got to meet Clarence! Such a kind person. There is a shuttle that stops in front of the resort but we didn’t use it Read less

What an amazing time we had celebrating our 25th Anniversary with 18 family members (from out of state) on December 13 and 14, 2024, at The Pink Shell Resort and Marina! Although the weather didn’t cooperate the entire time, it was remarkable when we needed it the most. But what made our tribute weekend picture perfect was the attention to details provided by the entire Pink Shell Resort and Marina staff. Being greeted by spotless floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Gulf as we entered our suite in the main hotel is a vision that my husband I never want to forget. In fact, that very scene became the backdrop when we renewed our vows. Swans made from towels, champagne on ice, and strawberry treats made us feel even more special as we celebrated our Milestone Anniversary. Our guests’ room in the villas were fabulous as well. FMB's Time Square was just a tram away with pick-up right outside the resort. The pools, Bongo's and sandy beaches were only steps away from our rooms. Omelets cooked to order or choosing from the buffet, the breakfast was a pleasant treat each morning. Chatting on balconies while taking in the views, relaxing in the hot tub, and late-night drinks and laughs around the fire pit table have already become cherished memories for my husband and I and our 18 guests from our weekend together. The celebration would not have been as successful without all of the assistance from Dony Rivera, Wedding and Social Event Planner at The Pink Shell. From assigning rooms, to coordinating with the marina for our independent chartered Catamaran tour, to providing souvenir bags from the FMB Chamber of Commerce … it was all noticed and appreciated. But even more, the attentiveness she shared was with a smile on each and every call, text, or email. A few things could have gone wrong, but in all, it was truly a magical weekend! We are blessed to live in paradise year-round but knowing that The Pink Shell is in our “backyard” when we need to celebrate life to its fullest or for a simply glorious day visit is a bonus. Thanks goes to Dony and the entire Pink Shell staff for the extraordinary hospitality! Read less
