Excellent and friendly staff! We have been going for years and truly enjoy the clean accommodations. The pool is perfect and the beach is beautiful. We also love the entertainment that comes by the pool. So much fun! I won't go anywhere else!

Do not stay here. This entire property felt like a scam. Overcharged for parking, overcharged for every single bar/restaurant tab. Pay cash or card for everything if you are already booked, they must be told to overcharge on room charges hoping you don’t notice.

Excellent hotel very clean, beautiful room with great view (to the beach on floor 10) Marco Island is one of the most beautiful city in the West Coast with a lot of restaurants, this hotel is one of the best there, the breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh.

“I booked a partial ocean view room for our wedding anniversary and even mentioned this to the hotel, hoping they might make an extra effort or provide a nice room. Instead, we were given a room overlooking the roof of another building. When I went back to request a different room, the staff agreed but told us we’d have to wait until 4 p.m., even though other guests arriving after us were given rooms immediately. This left us feeling as though we were treated unfairly, possibly due to my wife wearing a hijab. Once we finally got settled, the rest of our stay was further disrupted by a wedding at the hotel, with loud music and rowdy guests right under our window until midnight. Overall, it was a disappointing experience on what should have been a special occasion.”
