Very comfortable enjoyable stay. Check in was smooth --Brianna tried very hard to give us a balcony room. Thank you. She saw our gold status from Hilton and gave amenities. Cindy, Tonya, And Michael from Shula's were helpful and wonderful. A very memorable time.

The room was nice, large, and bright. I now congratulate the cleaning staff, (Thanks to Laura ...) The breakfast (not a buffet) is served by excellent staff ! We appreciated the Menu and liked omelettes with salmon ! I remember : Tonya, Cindy, Rom, Azael ... Thanks to them. Our holidays were marvelous with them ! We also enjoyed the evening at the Shulas Bar and restaurant. High quality . We will return to Naples to this Hotel. CONGRATULATIONS AND A BIG THANK YOU TO THE MANAGEMENT AND ALL THE MOTIVED STAFF ! The gym is quite nice and the pool, although fairly large, could benefit from some added greenery and more-attentive cleaning. The attached restaurant, a steakhouse, is okay but expensive, although nearby food options abound (several only a few minutes by foot). Overall, this hotel is a good choice for stays in Naples. Brad the front desk manage attention to detail and professionalism is excellent. Our stay was phenomenal. The staff is courteous and attentive The only that sucks is that trip advisor forces you yo use 200 characters for your review. Come on trip advisor you can do better
