The resort rooms are tired.. stains on the rugs, broken toilet holders, light bulbs. Only 2 elevators for the tower and one was inoperable the entire visit. This created long waits from room to beach. On Saturday afternoon staff didn't want to open beach fire pits and when we finally got them to, they reported to us the outdoor torches were also inoperable. So much for ambiance. Silly things like no napkins at coffee bar and no staff member seemed to think it odd (just an "I'm sorry but we have no napkins)..
Overall management and staff are ambivalent.
The pictures online show a well cared for property and you assume a conscientious staff and that just isn't the case at all.
Consider yourself warned and keep your expectations low if you choose to stay at this resort.

This hotel is extremely dated, the rooms are super beat up. Yet their rates are ridiculously high for the value you get. My shower didn’t originally work although it was later repaired. There was an elevator that was inoperable the time I was there.
Do not spend your hard earned money at this place. It certainly is NOT a resort.
