It was great to have a room right away, but as I learned that night the desk light was broken, the heat did not work, there was no blanket so I was freezing in my room following a day of freezing in the conference room. The shower head needs a fix so it will stay in place so a person without a wheelchair can stand up, hands free. My stay was very uncomfortable, but fortunately only one night. Otherwise, a beautiful hotel in a great location, the staff was lovely. Read less

Great hotel. Amazing sunsets. Gorgeous pools for adults and kids. Has a great boardwalk to get to the beach, which is also available for guests by golf cart. Staff incredibly friendly and professional. Dinner at the chop house was delicious and so easy.

Unfortunately we didn't have a great stay. This hotel has potential if they need to up their game, it would be great. The beach is lovely, the pool is great, but the carpet in our room was extremely dirty. To the point our feet will get dirty just from walking to our beds. We could also hear the elevators and every conversation from our beds. We… Read more

Hotel is a mixed bag. The hotel definitely needs updating such as the rooms (old sliders, bathroom needs updating, shower a bit of mold, carpet worn in places); common areas same issue, stained chairs in lobby. Staff is very friendly; Bar service was subpar as they waiter took forever to tend to us and had no idea what a martini was; cleaning… Read more

Staff is very friendly; Bar service was subpar as they waiter took forever to tend to us and had no idea what a martini was; cleaning service was spotty and we had to ask to get the room cleaned; pool was ok; It is a small space for how many people were using it; drinks were ok; food was ok; staff was good; beach access is by tram ride which was subject to long waits but it was a holiday weekend; beach staff was great but had to pay 19$ for an umbrella. The room was very large and clean as was our adjoining room on the 18th floor. The buffet was mostly very good for $25.00. We did not eat there otherwise except at the pool which was just ok. Valet service was good. For a family vacation it is fine if you can swallow the price. For a high-end couple vacation, I would go to the Ritz but that is at least double the price. Read less
