Stayed here for a business trip. The hotel was nice enough. The food at the restaurant was pretty good too. Sarah the bartender was friendly and provided excellent service! 5 stars especially for her. Will be back if I’m ever in the Tampa area again.

Everything was great! Especially Sarah at The Corazon Restaurant! She was a very good waitress! Very friendly and helpful! We talked about how we were both from the northeast and found some common things to discuss. Thank you for the great service!

Ate in the restaurant when staying at the hotel and food was very good. Had grouper bites that were excellent. There was short staff in the kitchen but as I stated food was very good and got food right away. The service from Sarah was excellent. Always smiling and took care of all our needs.

Sarah the Bartender was excellent. Service was great. Always attentive to my needs. Drink specials are good and food is good as well. Look forward to hanging out at the Bar when I am staying Downtown. Would definitely recommend here to friends and Family.

the team here is always fast and friendly! Javi, Cristian, Anthony, and Gustavo were all great :) I don’t have any complaints! Even during busy times or late at night they were helpful. I’ve stayed at this Hyatt before and will do so again largely because of how easy they made this whole process.
