252 rooms and suites, all designed with comfort in mind and all including; complimentary WiFi, In-room tea/coffee making facilities, flat screen TV, in-room safe and separate bathroom area. The Traditional 2 Doubles room type features all of the above amenities, with 2 double beds. Sleeps a maximum of 4 adults. 
The Bay View 2 Doubles room has the features as the Traditional 2 Doubles but with a full bay view. Sleeps a maximum of 4 adults. 

The Traditional King room is the same size as the 2 Doubles room types but features a King size bed and partial bay view. Sleeps a maximum of 3 adults.  

The Bay View King room type is the same as the Traditional King but features a full bay view. Sleeps a maximum of 3 adults. 

Top Floor 2 Doubles, slightly larger in size and has the same features as the 2 Doubles room types but situated on the top floor with partial views across the bay. Sleeps a maximum of 4 adults. 

The Top Floor Bay 2 Doubles has the same features as the previous room type but with full bay views. Sleeps a maximum of 4 adults. 

The Top Floor King is slightly larger in size and has the same features as the Traditional King but situated on the top floor with partial views across the bay. Sleeps a maximum of 3 adults.

We had the chance to stay in a newly renovated room for our weekend getaway the room was beautifully renovated and very comfortable. Ollie was very welcoming and friendly! The bed Definitely met the standards of my picky husband would recommend!

I was here 3 nights on business. I did not use the gym, the beach, or the restaurant/bar Aqua. The hotel had no vacancies. The staff were courteous and helpful when I arrived and at other times. Phones calls to the hotel before arriving were handled professionally and they provided great customer service. My room was very clean, had a mini fridge, and a complimentary water in the room. The room was spacious and the view of the bay was good. I could not have asked for a better experience. One elevator did not work, but they have a total of 3 and the other 2 worked without issue. With a full hotel I did not experience any issues getting an elevator when needed. They are doing some construction and the staff notified us of the times we might hear noise via an email (construction times were very reasonable). I saw no signs of construction, the hotel is doing a great job keeping the hotel appearance up to normal during the construction. I only heard construction noise during one day in the afternoon for a couple of hours, but it was minimal and not noisy enough to affect phone calls or TV watching. Our event included a group meal in one of their large meeting spaces. The meal was extremely well prepared and presented. The hotel did a great job of catering the event. Read less

The hotel is kind of dingy. Gross carpets, gym is dirty, no hot water in the showers, one elevator doesn’t work. Generally expect better from a Westin and for the price we paid. Good things are there is a Starbucks in the hotel, the restaurant is good and the staff is very friendly.

I walk into my room & there is a full size treadmill in my BEDROOM!! Yet, there is NO refrigerator. Really? No possible way to have cold water when I want it?? Unacceptable. Valet was not there when I came back in the evening. Luckily a manager(?) parked my car for me.... I offered to self park it. No fride, No Ice maker on the floor.... call… Read more

Until they finish with " renovations" .... ( what ever those are) ---- STAY AWAY. Find a better area. Oh, and .... the toilet won't stop draining & filling... uurrrggggg ... I will inform my company to not spend the $$$$$$$$$$$$$ on this location ever again. --- Good Luck & hope this saved you some anguish.. ~~ KRAZY!! Read less

My friends and I decided to sit at the bar, but it was unbearably hot. It felt like the AC was off, and there was no air circulating at all. This is Florida—proper air conditioning is a must! After ordering a drink, we couldn't take the heat anymore and had to leave the bar to finish our drinks in the lobby, where at least the temperature was comfortable. For a place that prides itself on being upscale, this was simply unacceptable. Read less
